Job Description:
The Lawn Care Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and care of Perfection First Lawn Care customers property.
This includes but is not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, blow-down, snow removal, weed control, etc.
This position requires a self-motivated individual who is willing to learn and work hard.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and great work ethic.

Mow, rake, edging, trim grass, clean up debris after each job according to company standards.
Report any issues or maintenance concerns to supervisor.
Be a team player! Work as a team to achieve common goals.
Be polite & respectful towards customers and other employees.
Be knowledgeable in your duties and responsibilities.
Be able to understand and follow written instructions in English.
Have good math skills.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply & divide in all units of measure, units of measurement being used in this job.
Be able to use a calculator if one is provided.
Be able to read and understand safety rules established by company or by location.
Be able to read and understand written English language instructions provided by company or by location if working on his own property.
This includes rules governing proper usage of company equipment or vehicles.
If working with another employee, they must be able to share responsibility for operation & maintenance of vehicle.
If working on her own property, she must be proficient in English & understand safety rules at her location.
