As an office manager you will be working closely with the owner of the company, Brian Armstrong to manage the office side of the home building company which is a variety of important tasks that can all be done from the office.

Job Duties:
What will you be responsible for doing? Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures including critical spreadsheet management and upkeep Assist in Sales meetings as a note taker Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for sales appointments Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Manage human resources recruiting systems and assist in interviewing as a note taker Accurately reporting, scanning, copying documents to be filed with building department Expectations:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role Must have lots of experience working with spreadsheets Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in team management and supervision Proficient in using phone systems, calendar management software, and other office tools Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus Punctual, Dependable, Strong Work Ethic, Willingness to Learn Able to Produce Results Each Day Represents the Company Well to the Community Good Driving Record Location:
