Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with customers, managers, and vendors Excellent phone skills Organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Word Experience with Quick Books is a strong plus, but not required.
Tech-literate; Tech-savvy is a strong plus, but not required.
1-2 years of experience as an office clerk, secretary, or similar role Bookkeeping skills Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time, and work under pressure Problem solving skills High school diploma or equivalent Positive attitude Reliable Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
